On March 17th, 2021 we hosted a St. Patrick’s Day event titled, “Irish-Gaelic Historic and Contemporary Realities”.
Our goal was to accurately and appropriately celebrate the Irish language, people, culture and heritage. We hope that this event was able to shed some light on the harmful myths and misconceptions that surround this Holiday and allowed for everyone to have a more well-rounded and authentic view of what it really means to be Irish, from a variety of perspectives. The event sparked a brilliant dialogue between our panelists and we are so thrilled with the variety of topics that were covered.
